Most orders ship in 2-5 business days ARO from California. Large and custom orders may take longer.

Most shipments are made via USPS Ground Advantage. Heavier or bulky items may ship via UPS ground. Contact us if you have a preference or special shipping needs, such as priority mail shipping, or shipping collect on your carrier account. Prices are not shown on the packing slips.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to help you with your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is not as described. Please note that some custom-made items may not be returnable. If an item you purchased develops a defect or breaks, please contact us to work out a solution such as repair, exchange, or refund.
